Established in 1978 as unique Composite Textile Manufacturers in Gulf, the Company Progressed
steadily and started fully operational in 1982 after initial trials. The factory situated in 5000 Sq.Mtrs at Sabhan Industrial Area, Kuwait has got the most modern computer aided Machineries and Technology from Europe, Japan, Italy, U.S.A. It has in-house facilities with most modern machines which include Tufting, Bleaching, Dyeing and Finishing Machines, Cutting Room, Sewing Machines, Multihead Embroidery Computerised Machines, Quilting Machines, Pillow Making and Compressing Machines etc. The Company can undertake job or commissioned works for Bleaching and Dyeing Fabrics of 100% Cotton, Polyester/Cotton up to a width of 220 cm. Infrastructure includes Quality Control at every stage according to International Norms. Monogram and Logo Embroideries are speciality and huge orders can be done at short notice.
The Company has grown steadily and vertically and activities are expanded every year. It caters to the home market and export to more than 10 countries in the Middle East & Continent. Such vertical rapid growth is achieved by principles of consistency, expertise, professionalism, customer support and dedication. Other than all Gulf countries, our exports are reaching countries like U.K., West Germany, Djibouti, Jordon and Syria taking the export share of 'Sales' to beyond 40 percent. Reputed Companies, Co-operatives, Chain Stores, Supermarkets and Ministries form the 'Base' of our Sales Outlet in Kuwait.
We dye our towels and fabrics in house in Overflow machine, Winch and Jumbo Auto Jiggers, then hydro-extract in a centrifuge and finally dry it in a stenter. Owing to this, the pile formation of the towels is not crushed and there is no tension on the fabrics. This imparts a soft and bulky feel to the towels.
We procure cotton yarn and fabrics from reputed mills in India and Pakistan. We use dyes and chemicals manufacture by the ICI, Sandoz, BASF, Jaysynth, Associated Chemicals who manufacture them to cater to International Standards. Also, these are azo free and thus comply with the environmental norms being recognized in many countries.
